Frequently Asked Questions

Here is some information on some of the topics that we are frequently asked about. If you have a question that is not addressed here, please go to our Contact page and ask us through our contact form.

Public transportation. 

Public transportation is available in the form of local taxi cab services, private limousine services, the public bus lines and, in some instances, shuttles. Conference participants are responsible for their transportation costs.

Shuttle buses will also be available through VBNCA. If you are in need of transportation from one event to another or from the hotel to the events, please contact us at (706) 823-0905.

Food

Meals will be served during the conferences at their respective venue. The price of any meals served during the conference is included in the registration price unless otherwise stated. If you have health-based dietary requirements and need information regarding the menus, please contact Conference staff at Conference@vbnca.org.

  Lodging

Special Needs

If you are hearing-impaired, sight-impaired, have special dietary requirements, or special needs of any kind, please indicate the details on your registration form.
